Physician Assistant

Stacy Summa is a Physician Assistant for Dr. Benjamin Rubin at Orthopaedic Specialty Institute. Stacy works closely with Dr. Rubin in the diagnosis, treatment and management of knee and shoulder disorders as well as other sports related injuries. She is also his surgical assistant in the operating room at Main Street Specialty Surgery Center.

Stacy graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts in biology and a minor in chemistry while also rowing on the intercollegiate crew team. After working as a Clinical Research Associate and Emergency Medical Technician, she attended Yale University Physician Associate Program and graduated with a Masters of Medical Science.

She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the California Academy of Physician Assistants.
