Emily Mishler, PA-C

Physician Assistant

Emily Mishler is a Physician Assistant working with Dr. DeBottis at the Orthopedic Specialty Institute. Emily works directly with Dr. DeBottis in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of upper extremity conditions. She also assists Dr. DeBottis in the operating room at Main Street Specialty Surgery Center, Hoag Orthopedic Institute, and St. Joseph Hospital.

Emily earned her bachelor’s degree from University of California, Irvine where she also played for the NCAA Division I Women’s Volleyball Team. After graduation, she worked as a medical assistant in orthopedics before pursuing her dream of becoming a Physician Assistant. She graduated from Chapman University with a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies.

Emily is a NCCPA certified Physician Assistant and is licensed by the State of California’s PA Board. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the California Academy of Physician Assistants.
