Elyse zaleski, PA-CPhysician Assistant

Elyse Zaleski is a board certified and licensed Physician Assistant working with Dr. Daniel Debottis in the diagnosis, treatment and management of rotator cuff tears, shoulder and elbow arthritis, shoulder and elbow instability and dislocations, including all injuries of the upper extremity. She has privileges to Hoag Orthopedic Institute, St. Joseph Hospital of Orange, and Main Street Specialty Surgery Center.

Elyse earned her Bachelor’s of science degree in Athletic Training from Chapman University. After graduating and becoming a Certified Athletic Trainer, she worked full time as a back office assistant/surgery scheduler for Dr. Robert Grumet. Six years later, she left OSI to pursue her dream of becoming a Physician Assistant and earned her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Marshall B. Ketchum University in Fullerton, CA.

Elyse is a NCCPA certified Physician Assistant and is licensed by the State of California’s PA Board. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, California Academy of Physician Assistants, Physician Assistants in Orthopedic Surgery, and the National Athletic Trainer’s Association. She enjoys exploring new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
